Epicor Completes First Customer Conference in Asia |

Enterprise business software solutions provider Epicor has successfully completed its first ever customer conference for the Asia Pacific (AP) region.
Already an ongoing event in the United States for the past 14 years, Epicor decided to bring the Epicor Perspective event to AP which spanned over Singapore on 24 July 2007; Shanghai on 26 July 2007; Hong Kong on 27 July 2007 and Sydney on 31 July 2007.
“We are very pleased with the turn out at our first Perspectives here in Asia,” said James Norwood, vice president of product marketing for Epicor.
“More than 80 customers from manufacturing, distribution, retail, hospitality and professional services industries have attended, presenting us a great opportunity to connect directly with customers and understand their challenges.
“More importantly, it enables customers to network directly with each other to share experiences and even collaborate together.”
According to Epicor, the event allowed customers to attend multiple breakout sessions and tracks to learn more on realizing business potential through the use of Epicor solutions. A number of senior executives from other regions were present to share their experiences and expertise with customers in the manufacturing, distribution, retail, hospitality and professional services verticals. The event also enabled networking, experience sharing and knowledge transfers between the end-users themselves and key product managers.
Epicor is the sixth largest ERP provider globally, and one of the leading provider of enterprise business software solutions for the global Midmarket. It has some 1,500 customers in the AP region.
Epicor said it plans to hold Perspectives on an annual basis in the Asia Pacific region. |
